Its SANGLA today, a small town in Kinnaur, located very close the Indo-Tibetan border. Carrying a rich Tibetan, the scenic town mesmerizes you with Himalayan mountains, thick oak and pine forests, majestic glacier streams and rhe pristine Baspa river flowing through the valley. on the way we shall be halting at Sarahan, also known as the gateway to Kinnaur, and visit the architectural marvel of Bhimakali Temple.
After breakfast we say goodbye to Kotgarh as we head towards Sangla.

KALPA, a quaint little Kinnauri settlememt, nestled in shadows of the mighty Kinnar Kailash peak. As per the folktales, Kinnaur with all its beauty fell from the heavens as a gift from the Gods. Kalpa came to prominence when it was visited by British Governor General Lord Dalhousie in 1848.
Its magical to walk through the village as one traces the thin line between Buddhist and Hindu worshipping complexes amalgamated together seamlessly.
• After breakfast, visit Chitkul, ' the last Indian village' located 25km from Sangla.
• Enjoy the stunning views of snowclad Baspa range and melodious sound of Baspa River.
• Visit the famous Mathidevi temple situated in the middle of the village.
• Head back to exit Sangla valley and crossover Sutlej river to start the climb for Kalpa town.
• Explore the market in Reckong Peo and visit Kothi devi

Tabo village is one of the finest settlements in Spiti Valley. The focal point of the village is Tabo Gompa, the oldest and largest monastery in Spiti. The monastery was founded in 996 AD and is known as the ‘Ajanta and Ellora of the Himalayas’. Tabo Gompa is an excellent example of resilient earthen architecture dating back centuries. It houses intricate wall frescos and rock inscriptions.
• Wake up with the mesmerizing sunrise at Kalpa
• Visit Roghi Cliff and Buddhist and Hindu temple complex.
• Lunch at Nako followed by a walk through the village to Nako Lake.
• Take a detour into Gue valley to visit the famous 500-year-old ‘mummy’ of a monk.

Kaza, or Kaja as the locals call it, is the headquarters of Spiti Valley in the Lahaul and Spiti district and for the travelers, it is surely the 'heart of Spiti'. The town is well developed with almost all infrastructure facilities and provides for all basic amenities. Kaza has a lot to offer in terms of culture, heritage, and magnificence, besides cafes, eateries, and shopping arcades.
• After breakfast, visit TABO monastery. Built in 996 AD, Tabo Monastery is the oldest and largest monastery in Spiti Valley and one of the finest settlements as well.
• Driving along the river Spiti, we make a small detour to visit Dhankar village. The monastery here offers the best view of another confluence - Spiti and Pin rivers meeting.
• On arrival at KAZA, check into your comfortable homestay and enjoy the rest of the evening meeting Spitians in the market and experience the hospitality over dinner.

Today we explore the landscape beyond Kaza studded with numerous settlements at god forbidden altitudes. THESE LANDMARKS ARE CLOSER TO THE SKY THAN TO THE SEA.
We will be exploring the popular Langza Hikkim Komik circuit today. From fossil hunting, to writing postcards back home to visiting the highest village with a road in the world, there is something for everyone today and it's surely a day of creating a million memories.

• Reach Langza and explore the area around the Buddha statue.
• Try your luck looking for hidden fossils from the time these mountains came to be.
• Head out to visit Hikkim — the highest post office in the world. Don’t forget to drop in a few postcards here.
• Visit the iconic Kee Monastery built in the 11th century. With one of the largest populations of Lamas residing at a monastery, it has a dedicated complex for the residents to live, study, and practice.
• Evening to relish in Kaza.

• Early breakfast and leave for the beautiful place Chandratal.
• On our way, we shall cross over and stop at Chicham bridge —One of the Asia's highest bridge.
• Reach Kunzum La—the highest point of our journey.
• Arrive at Chandratal by noon, and check into our campsite. • Visit the lake post lunch and spend rest of the evening at your leisure.

Manali, a much-desired destination for all travelers visiting Himachal. It is a resort town nestled in the mountains near the northern end of the Kullu valley along the river Beas.
Manali has grown into a big tourist center of world fame within a very short time and a definite base for all adventure enthusiasts wanting to explore the region.
• We start early today as the road ahead of Chandratal is a bit more adventurous with many water crossings.
• We begin our drive along Chandra river.
• Stopover at the famous Atal tunnel.
• Check into the Boutique stay amidst apple orchards in Manali.
• Explore Mall road and old Manali in the evening.

• As all good things come to an end, so has our epic road trip.
• Check out post breakfast and head back to Chandigarh.
• All travelers will be dropped at a convenient location in Chandigarh.
